If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the arzukaprol.com site or Arzu Kaprol's mobile application. By using the site or the mobile application and filling out the form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
Arzu Kaprol reserves the right to change, reorganize, or cease publication of any service, product, terms of use, and information presented on the site or mobile application, or on extensions of the site, without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the site or mobile application. Arzu Kaprol recommends its users to visit the legal disclaimer page upon each entry to the site or Arzu Kaprol's mobile application. These conditions are also valid for other linked web pages.
1. Usage and Privacy Rules are open to all members of arzukaprol.com. Services provided on the site and Arzu Kaprol's mobile application are free of charge unless stated otherwise. In the following written situations, site management may block the member's use of the site or mobile application and reserves its legal rights against person or persons involved in the following attempts:
1.a. Registration on the site of incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, statements not complying with general rules of morality, and information conflicting with the laws of the Republic of Turkey,
1.b. Unauthorized partial or full copying of the content of the site or Arzu Kaprol mobile application,
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damage arising from sharing information given to users or determined by themselves, such as username and password, and usage rights with third party persons or organizations (the use of this information by persons other than the user). Likewise, the User cannot use personal information such as someone else's IP address, email address, or username on the internet, nor can they access or use private information of other users without permission. The user is deemed to have accepted all legal and penal liabilities that may arise due to such usage.
1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site or mobile application, prevents the operation of the site, mobile application, and software used; carrying out or attempting activities; and obtaining, deleting, or modifying information,

2.a. Arzu Kaprol is the owner or licensee of the general appearance and design of this website and mobile application, as well as all information, pictures, the Arzu Kaprol brand and other brands, www.arzukaprol.com domain name, logo, icons, demonstrative, written, electronic, graphic or machine-readable technical data, computer software, sales system applied, business method, and business model materials ("Materials") and related intellectual and industrial property rights, and these are under legal protection. No Material located on the website or mobile application can be modified, copied, reproduced, translated into another language, republished, uploaded to another computer, posted, transmitted, presented, or distributed without prior permission and showing the source, including code and software. The whole or part of the website or mobile application cannot be used on another website without permission. Actions to the contrary require legal and penal liability. All other rights of Arzu Kaprol not explicitly stated here are reserved.
2.b. The rights to all critiques submitted to arzukaprol.com and Arzu Kaprol's mobile application belong to Arzu Kaprol, and if desired, they can be used by Arzu Kaprol for marketing purposes.
3. Responsibilities
3.a. The information of users visiting arzukaprol.com and the mobile application (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to serve them better. Adhering to privacy terms, this information is shared with companies with which we cooperate on advertising and similar issues for the purpose of expanding and improving content. The aim here is to enhance the experience offered by the site and mobile application to its users and to improve arzukaprol.com.
3.b. While benefiting from the services of the arzukaprol.com site and Arzu Kaprol's mobile application, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decrees and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, Code of Obligations, other relevant legislative provisions, and all kinds of announcements and notifications that arzukaprol.com will publish regarding its services via the website and mobile application. All legal, penal, and financial liabilities that may arise due to usage contrary to these notifications and laws belong to the User.
3.c. The User cannot engage in actions that prevent or hinder other users and visitors from using arzukaprol.com and Arzu Kaprol's mobile application, and cannot overload/lock servers or databases by installing automated programs. They cannot engage in fraudulent attempts. In the event of doing so, they accept that their membership will be terminated and agree to all legal and penal liabilities that may arise from the situation.
3.d. Backing up messages made via arzukaprol.com and Arzu Kaprol's mobile application is the responsibility of the individuals and is recommended by Arzu Kaprol. Arzu Kaprol cannot be held responsible for the loss, deletion, or damage of messages due to not taking backups.
3.e. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the user via arzukaprol.com. The authorization to log in to the site and Arzu Kaprol's mobile application of a user who terminates their membership will be revoked. The person who cancels their membership accepts that this process is irreversible. The decision whether to delete any record belonging to a user account terminated by arzukaprol.com or by the user themselves belongs to Arzu Kaprol. The user cannot claim any right or compensation regarding deleted records.
3.f. This website and mobile application may contain links or references to other websites that are not under the control of Arzu Kaprol. Arzu Kaprol is not responsible for the contents of these sites or other links they contain.
3.g. Arzu Kaprol has the right to reach the user for communication, marketing, notification, and other purposes via letter, email, SMS, phone call, and other means through the address, email address, fixed and mobile phone lines, and other contact information specified by the user in the registration form on the site or mobile application or updated later by themselves. By accepting this contract, the user accepts and declares that Arzu Kaprol may engage in the above-mentioned communication activities directed at them, unless they have a written notice to the contrary.
3.h. In certain parts of the site, different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these specified rules in advance.

The user agrees that from the moment they start benefiting from the service, they will be deemed to have accepted all provisions of this participation agreement and that the agreement will be binding upon them. The user agrees to fully compensate all damages incurred by Arzu Kaprol due to acting contrary to the obligations undertaken with this contract.
Arzu Kaprol has the right to recourse exactly to the User for all kinds of compensation and/or administrative/judicial fines that it may have to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the User's actions contrary to the contract.
4. Service Continuity
4.a To ensure the continuity of the services it undertakes, Arzu Kaprol may make unilateral changes to this contract without any prior notice. Arzu Kaprol always has the right to continuously or temporarily suspend the service it provides unilaterally, change the content of the service, or cancel it without showing any reason. The User accepts this right. In case of any changes, Arzu Kaprol will publish the current terms of use on its site under the same link with a new date update, and if deemed necessary, will notify its users by email. The renewed current terms of use will be valid from the moment they are published on arzukaprol.com, and the use of arzukaprol.com site or Arzu Kaprol's mobile application services will be subject to the renewed terms of use from that moment on. The membership of a member who has sent materials contrary to the provisions of this contract to the arzukaprol.com site or mobile application may be unilaterally terminated by Arzu Kaprol without any notice.
4.b Effective Date of the Contract: The User is considered to have committed to comply with the arzukaprol.com contract from the moment they fill out and confirm the registration form, receive any service using this system, or place an order. The agreement will automatically become void without the need for any warning upon the termination of membership or upon the occurrence of any of the termination conditions listed in this agreement.
5. Privacy Policy
arzukaprol.com requests some of your personal information (Name, age, email, etc.) during the membership process in order to provide better service. These data collected on arzukaprol.com are used within arzukaprol.com to carry out campaign studies or special promotional activities for your profile. Apart from your personal information, statistical data regarding the transactions you have made on the website or via the mobile application are analyzed and stored by arzukaprol.com.
Arzu Kaprol strictly does not share the information collected from membership forms with third parties, does not use it for commercial purposes for any non-operational reason, and does not sell it without the knowledge of the member concerned or an instruction to the contrary.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize your Google Display Network ads using your Ad Settings. The demographic information provided with Google Analytics is used to customize arzukaprol.com and the advertisements served by arzukaprol.com according to the interests of our users. While this information is used in target audience studies, it may be shared with ad publishers, together with information belonging to other users. By accepting this Privacy Agreement, you consent to the sharing of your information with Ad publishers for advertising and promotional purposes.
