If you wish to return your products due to a problem with the products after receiving your order (shipping damage, manufacturing defect, right of withdrawal, etc.), you must send them back within 14 business days of receiving them. Since your e-archive invoice was sent to you via email, you are not required to present the invoice to us for returns. You can return the products by filling out the "Return and Exchange Form" sent with your shipment and writing your request. Please pay attention to the points under the "Return Conditions" heading below when sending the products back to us. After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant departments and approval for the return will be given. This process takes approximately 7-14 business days.
You can return your order via Yurtiçi Kargo. Using the agreement code 477510792 , you can deliver the product to your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch to send it back to us.
